The R&S FSQ can offer a demodulation bandwidth of 120MHz and provide the dynamic range of high-end spectrum analyzers. It is a high-end instrument that integrates the functions of a spectrum analyzer and a vector signal analyzer.

IQ Downconverter
The accuracy of the intermediate frequency A/D conversion is 14 bits, with a sampling rate of 81.6MHz (the intermediate frequency is 20.4MHz).
The accuracy of the intermediate frequency A/D conversion is 8 bits, with a sampling rate of 326.4MHz (with the optional FSQ-B72, the intermediate frequency is 404MHz).
The RF demodulation bandwidth is 28MHz (expandable to 120MHz)

The IQ memory has a capacity of 2x16M sampling points and outputs via GIPB or LAN
