Instrument Care 

Instrument in the working environment will be exposed to a variety of pollutions, including dust and static electricity pollution. If the contamination of the equipment is not protected properly or cleaned regularly, it may affect the normal usage of the equipment, and even cause damage to the equipment. To avoid such risks as work interruption and a loss of information caused by the contamination, routine maintenance and regular protection is a necessity. Our Care Center will provide you with full range of equipment maintain services, saving you from those troubles.

Regular maintenance

When you purchase equipment, our care center will make an anti-static and dust-proof program accordingly based on the equipment you ordered. And provide training services to your engineer about instructions of the daily use and maintenance of the equipment. After used the equipment for a certain period of time, we will arrange our professional engineer to do the inner cleaning and dry up the moisture according to your needs.

 

Instrument testing

 

"VOGOLD" care center has an excellent and professional service team. Our engineers are all equipment with many years of testing and measuring experience, thus they are very familiar with the functions and performance indicators of a variety of instruments, which make them qualified to provide quick and professional services to help our clients to solve the problems in production and testing. Each instrument of us is calibrated and tested in standard procedures and can effectively trace back to national / international standards.

Services: 1, Check equipment according to its manuals to make sure the wholeness of the functions. 2, Specifically testing each function of the equipment. 3, Debugging the slight deviation to the qualified status. 4, Issue test report.

 

Calibration

 

"VOGOLD" Care Center provides equipment calibration services. Our specially trained and experienced engineers calibrate the equipment by using the latest national / international calibration standards and the most advanced equipment.

Services: 1, For each calibration instrument, we will first do the pre-cleaning and the initial functional test. 2, During the detection process, if the performance indicators found to be a slight deviation to the qualified status.  We will debug it to a standard range. 3, If any malfunction appears, it will be promptly forwarded to our Care Center for repairs. 4, After the calibration process is completed, we will issue the calibration certificate, including data report, calibration date and period of validity.

 

Clients Archives

 

Our Care Center set up clients archives for all the equipment sold, calibrated and repaired. File data base provides clients port, to make it convenient to trace the status of your equipment and search information online at any time.

 

Maintenance Track

 

For all the equipment filed, our Care Center engineer will follow up the usage of the equipment on a regular basis, to keep track of the detailed information of their current working status, and make the next maintenance scheme according to the equipment manufacture year and its working status.

 

Instrument Annual Maintenance

 

For annual maintenance of your equipment, we will provide paid service, after a comprehensive test of the functions and parameters, our technical department will make out a maintenance plan aim at the problems of your equipment. The first step: contact us

Please call our Technical Services Center at 86-755-88847856, and talk to your sales engineer, or you may also call us at 86-755-27755800, your call will be transferred to the related staff. After receiving your information, we will respond in the next working day.

 

The second step: After receiving your information, will go through the following procedures:

1, Sign a preliminary agreement on annual maintenance.

2, Sending our test engineers to conduct a comprehensive functional test of the clients’ equipment, together with our company warranty label.

3, Engineers provide details of the test data of the clients’ equipment to the Service Center to and make an annual maintenance plan for the clients in accordance with the test data.

4, Clients confirm the annual maintenance plan (if any divergence appears, it shall be negotiated by the two parties).

5, Sign a formal "Equipment Annual Maintenance Contract", along with an equipment list, the current working condition, annual maintenance price, and other matters needed to pay attention to.

6, We provide door-to-door services, we can send our professional technical cleaning staff to clean the clients’ equipment during the annual maintenance period.

7 File the clients’ annual maintenance information, and load it into our clients’ equipment data base, to conduct follow-up services.
